Lauren Schnapper is a dancer turned Creative Operations specialist.

As a professional dancer in the Entertainment industry for over 10 years, Lauren experienced the ins and outs of creative businesses and their operations. From production companies, creative professionals, artists and more, she witnessed the complexities creative entities faced to remain organized.

Pre-Covid, she was a Working Lead and Production Specialist for The Walt Disney Company - Parks & Resorts. She oversaw various productions with 100-300+ cast and crew. Lauren developed and maintained operations for shows with park audiences of over 20,000 daily. However, as the workforce changed, so did she. After completing her Master’s in Organizational Leadership & Project Management, she maneuvered in the best way fit.

Lauren is now the owner and operator of CODE Consulting Agency. As an independent project manager and organizational ops consultant, she specializes in the Arts & Entertainment industries. CODE helps creative individuals, businesses, and departments develop plans for turning their visions into reality. We provide direction and support to establish operations and execute projects.
